New Ideas

Crystals and beads are everywhere....even in the bridal bouquet. Think favors, decorations, centerpieces, in your hair, etc. They are not just for your gown anymore.

Q&A

Dear Cheap-Chic-Weddings,

I love your site and your ideas. Could you please give me some centerpiece ideas for a Valentines Day wedding?

Thank You,

Barbara

Dear Barbara,

This would be beautiful. Buy a heart shaped oasis at your craft store. If they don’t have a heart shaped one just cut one into a heart. Soak for thirty minutes in water. Place it on a clear, flat, glass dish. Cut red carnations to about two inches and stick into the oasis to completely cover it. Place the flowers very close together with no oasis showing. Cover sides and bottom. It looks spectacular.

Congratulations and best wishes.

Sincerely, LeeAnn

Love It.........Hate It

Love It:

*For a Valentine Day wedding wear red shoes and red jewelry with your white wedding dress.

*False eyelashes on your wedding day. It makes your photographs look so good.

*Matching your manicure to your wedding bouquet.

Hate It:

Outrageous hair dos in wedding magazines. Would anybody actually wear their hair like that?

We love the thong panties at our Cheap Chic Wedding Shop, if we do say so ourselves. They say “I Do” on the front and our tiny little logo on the back. We’ve seen similar panties for much more. Our’s are only $11.99. You can buy them now.
