We're proud to announce that the host of "Mikie Saves the Date" on FYI Network, Event Planner Michael Russo will be on hand as this years celebrity judge! How exciting is that?
The event takes place on June 17, 2015 at Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City. This is the same bridal shop where staff members help brides-to-be find the perfect wedding dress on the show "Say Yes to the Dress" by TLC! We are truly honored that Mara Urshel, co-owner of Kleinfeld Bridal, will be joining us as a V.I.P. judge!

New IdeasHave you checked out the Pantone Color of the year (2015)? We can just imagine using Marsala for a beautiful fall wedding!
"The impactful, full-bodied qualities of Marsala make for an elegant, grounded statement color when used on its own or as a strong accent to many other colors." (from Pantone.com)
Q&ADear Sue and Laura,
Is there a right or wrong time to cut the wedding cake?
You would typically cut the cake after dinner, but it's also acceptable to cut the cake at the beginning of your reception, just before the first dance. This is often done when you have guests who may leave early, like grandparents and or kids. It's entirely up to you!

Love It! Hate It!Love It!:
Making an Ice Cream or Gelato "Bar" for desert. Fun for all ages!
Live fish as part of a centerpiece! We recently attended a beach wedding, and each table had live Beta fish as part of the centerpiece. Unfortunately a few of them were barely hanging on..sad to see on what should be a joyous occasion!
ReviewsWe love WeddingHashtagWall.com! On their site you can create your own personal wedding hashtag for free. Ask your friends to share wedding pictures of you on Instagram using your specially made hashtag. Pretty cool!
For a small fee, you can also design your own Instagram Wedding Sign.
