Starting a new life as a wife is a great excuse to go through your wardrobe and entire house discarding anything that is not useful, beautiful or seriously sentimental.

Know what to do with everything you have discarded?? Head down to your local second hand market and get a stall.

I have done this at least once a year for few years now and find that more items at a low price makes more money than a few items that you are expecting a lot for.

Pre mark your prices on items and then drop the prices half way through the market.
