Cheap Chic Weddings Official Contest Rules

CONTEST RULES ON HOW TO ENTER. To enter, submit photos of front, side and back of dress as well as a photo of the headpiece. (video is optional and not necessary). Contest dress and headpiece entries must be made of CHARMIN Brand Toilet Paper, Glue,tape and/or may be sewn. Dresses must be able to be worn by a human or dress form. Attach photos to an email with your name, address, two phone numbers and your email address and send to TPdresscontest@gmail.com by June 1, 2012 11 pm Eastern Standard Time. Please keep the dresses intact because the finalists will need to mail them to Cheap Chic Weddings at Cheap Chic Weddings expense.

Contest will run from April 18 to June 27, 2012. Contest rules state that you may only enter once this year. More than one entry from any person or email/IP address will void all entries from that person or address.

CONTEST RULES ON ENTRY LIMITATIONS. Only one entry per person and email/IP address. Open to anyone in the United States and Canada who is 18 years of age or older. Contestants and models must be 18 years or older. Entrants must not be an employee of Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com/Plan B TV Inc., any sponsor, nor members of their immediate families. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account. Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com, Plan B TV, Inc., and it’s sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by Cheap Chic Weddings on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof. Cheap Chic Weddings is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the contest. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cases beyond reasonable control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, then Cheap Chic Weddings reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CHEAP-CHIC-WEDDINGS.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

CONTEST RULES RESERVATIONS. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all laws and regulations. All entries, photos, videos, dress designs and dresses become the sole property of Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com/Plan B TV Inc. and will not be returned. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges. Acceptance of prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, story, photos, video and dress for any and all publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com and its related companies and sponsors are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize. Rules subject to change without notification.

WINNER. All reasonable effort will be made to contact prizewinners. All responsibilities of a minor, where applicable, will be assumed by the minor’s parents/guardian. Winner is required to prove eligibility and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. The failure of a potential winner to verify address, or return of notification as undeliverable, or the failure to return signed affidavit and release will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of noncompliance with rules and conditions, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not specifically included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

PROCEDURE. Eligible entries will be reviewed by the judges and will be judged at the sole discretion of the judges. Entries will be judged on Creativity, Originality, Beauty and use of Toilet Paper.

PRIZES. One $2012 (USD) will be awarded as Grand Prize. 2nd prize will be a $1000 (USD). 3rd Prize will be a $500 Gift Card. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions will be allowed. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest rules will be strictly enforced. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
