Homemade Red Pepper Jelly

by Ashleigh Swanson Harris
(Toronto, Ontario, Canada)

My Mother-in-law and I made Red Pepper Jelly for each of our guests. Set in Bernardin Jam jars, the colour of the jelly is orange-red and when topped with circles of crinoline and wrapped with ribbon, they looked fab.

I placed them all in a large basket with a sign that read 'Spread the Love'. Red Pepper Jelly is great with warmed brie and crackers or with cream cheese.
