No Flowers Needed

I used clear glass vases from the dollar store and filled them with water, glitter, and food coloring to match our colors (peacock feather theme).

At the water level line I tied a black ribbon and hung a single peacock feather head from the bow.

The glitter did settle to the bottom but everytime somebody bumped the tables it started whirling again.

Roughly $8 per centerpeice PLUS I kept the vases and now have a cool accent at my home.
