We really don't need any gifts for our wedding so we have let everyone know that help paying for the Wedding, Reception, and Honeymoon was all that we need.

We are registering with a travel agent and for the Wedding and Honeymoon they can deposit it at our bank (separate account) and then we provide them with a copy of the receipt for their portion.

Some like my mom (who could not afford to pay for the wedding as is traditional) put claims on my wedding dress. My aunt claimed my jewelry and we think we have a family member who is going to sponsor the location for us.

Most of our family is helping with the wedding and reception while other guests will probably do the honeymoon portion as the payment options are a little easier.

So far it looks like our biggest expenses will be paid for.
