Each year for 12 years, we have asked potential contestants to create a wedding gown and headpiece, using nothing but Toilet Paper, tape, glue and/or needle and thread! The launch of the contest begins in spring and semi finalists are chosen from photo submissions. The semi finalist dresses and headpieces are then sent to Cheap Chic Weddings to choose which 10 will be showcased in a fashion show/winner announcement in New York City in June.
