We decided because our wedding budget is $2000. that we would send wedding e-mail invitations.

We designed one in photoshop and emailed the attachment to all of our friends and family.

It saved us a bundle because they could respond via e-mail!

Were you at all worried that this would be tacky? My fiance and I are considering the same thing because we have a tight budget, but I feared this would be tacky and come off as too casual. You've given me hope though! How did the response turn out for email invites?
