Wedding Memories

I cut out a DJ from our budget to save money, after creating a 3 hour playlist with approx. 60 Songs and a running time of 3 hours.

I decided to create CD Favors, with all the songs coming from our wedding playlist.

I allowed my bridemaids and my fiance to pick there top songs from the list.

I was able to buy paper CD cases in my wedding color for under $10 dollars and I already had a pack of 100 blank CD's around the house.

You can also personalized with stickers or tags from the dollar store to seal the cases. You could even buy organza bags to put them in.

So basically I spent about about $25 bucks for 50 favors!! And they are very personal.

a great idea....

I initially thought I would do this, too, as I had seen it done at other weddings, and I thought it was very clever. After we chose the venue, our choice evolved into something else, but I love this idea for a wedding favor!

This is a wonderful idea!

This is great. I love the idea of cutting out the DJ, they never have all the songs that I want anyway!

Plus the CD as the favor, something they can use again, that will last long than any expensive chocolate.

What a great idea!

I'm definetly going to do this.

What a wonderful idea. Often, the trouble with cheap wedding favors is that they have no meaning or personality to them at all.

But this is a cheap idea that's also touching!
