Thats a great idea, my father did it for his wedding. The problem was, they where so small, and kind of cheaply made that they barely made a sound. everyone ended up using their silverware anyway.

That's a great idea, you should google and try to find a place that will personalize them for your special day! Its less harsh than the clanging of knife against glassware! The tradition is every time someone rings their glassware (the signal for a toast) the bride and groom have to kiss.
