You can buy a set of 36 count bubble wand bottles. This very in-exspensive.

Use tacky glue and wrap entire bottle with your choice of colored ribbon and tie extra ribbon on the top.

This was so easy and cute for a practical wedding favor idea.

I used a basket or you can use a bucket. I filled the basket with conffetti and wedge wrapped bubbles in the confetti to help stand them up and it was beautiful and it was part of my favors buffet!!!!!
